You can fly in to the Salt Lake City airport which is approximately 15 minutes away from the conference site.  You can rent a car, hire a taxi, or you can take the public UTA Trax system and be dropped off just a quarter mile from the hotel.

Parking will be free for conference participants. There is a parking complex located directly behind the Marriott hotel.  Bring your parking ticket with you to the conference.  The hotel front desk will validate the ticket when you are leaving.

The reputable Park City where Sundance Film Festival is held, is just 35 minutes.  With a art galleries, unique local restaurants and mountain activities there are great things happening.

Snowbird Ski and Moutain Resort is just 35 minutes away up Big Cottonwood Canyon and will be having it’s annual Oktoberfest.

Continental breakfast will be provided on Friday and Saturday mornings of the summit. Water will be provided throughout the day on Friday and Saturday.  Lunch, dinner, snacks, and additional beverages are on your own.

The menu includes breakfast pastries, muffins, toast served with butter and jam, whole fruit, assortment of cereals, and coffee & water.  If you have any dietary restrictions, please plan accordingly.

Yes!  We have now added various sandwich and salad lunch box options so you can stay at the conference if you would like during the hour lunch break.  You will need to purchase your lunch choice through Eventbrite.  You can purchase two lunch options for both Friday and Saturday.  There are other lunch options a block away from the hotel at The Gateway including Costa Vida, Rumbi Island Grill, Panda Express, McDonald’s, and Subway.
